Celebrities and anime voice actors... what are they like in person?

never met one but i had a co-worker who told me a story about a guy that does DBZ voice overs. I don't know the guys name but I'm told he was really cool and even went out for drinks with my co-worker. He said that the guy did the voices of Vegeta, Gohan and someone else but I can't remember who and he'd tell jokes using each of their voices and personalities.
