Which law and Order SVU episode is this?

Ok so in this episode there is this colledge place where they put a life feed up and a cerial killer from prison can answer the students questions. He talks of cutting off a womens boob and tortureing the women but he would kill the men right away. Maybe I'm getting two different episods confused or this could be from a completly different show like Bones or CSI ( I watch a lot of crime TV) BUT any help is appreciated THANK YOU!
