Safe Place to watch shows online?

My family only has basic cable and it's not very good quality. I'm trying to find places to watch somewhat current seasons of Law and Order: SVU (the past two seasons, including the current one) and season 7 of Grey's Anatomy. I'm trying to find a safe, clean website that won't give me viruses. Anyone know of any?
