Who to get over my best friend? I love her?

Hi i have known this girl for more than 2 years, we are good friends or at least thought so, well she says i am her best friend too. I fell in love with her but she does not like me. She hooked up with my best guy friend one night at the club, then he did not want her any more and know she likes someone else she says. She tells me that she does not like me as on boyfriend material and pushes me away if i try to kiss her. During our first year she would let me kiss her on the neck and hug her but i was to shy to go for the mouth. Now she does not let me kiss her neck at all. The problem is that i love her, i text her and call her everday, she answers, but she only calls me went she needs something. We hang out once a week, but for the last two weeks she has not want to hang out, i guess thats bc she going out with the guy she says she likes. How do i get her over my mind, i go out try to meet people but i am always thinking on her, and texting her or calling her or inventing an excuse to go to her house see her. Any help? i have try going to nightclubs meet news girls but always end up on crying for this girls after i get back home.
