I've been married for ten years and my husband claims he need a "break". he wants freedom to go to nightclubs?

and he is overly secretive about his phone. i gave him an ultimative to stop partying and to remove the password off his phone and he dropped the news that he wanted space. we have two kids...should i just divorce him?
