Law and Order or Law and Order:SVU Episode help where a young girl is in a realashionship with a peadaphile?

Odd I know but its for a paper I need to reference to ....Am looking for this episode where a young girl who I believe was 17 was dating an older guy..but the girl looks no older than 12 years old and the guy has a peadaphile past and at the end of the episode they end up being allowed to stay together even after a court procedure also at the end of the episode the guy gets attacked while kissing the girl because of how young she looks and I believe she had a medical condition for why she appeard so young...any help is appreciated been lookin now for two hours..
