Is this Law and Order SVU's last season?

At the beginning of this season, my mom told me that this was law and order SVU's last season; I was really angry about it because this is the only show on tv now that I actually LIKE. But this weeks episode showed a preview for the season finale, and I thought if it were the last episode for the entire series, I thought they would have made a bigger deal out of it, but they just said that it was the season finale, not the series finale. So, I just want to know if this season is Law and Order SVU's last season or not. Please, no bull crap answers, I don't feel like it today.
