Law & Order SVU episode?

Does anyone know of that really old episode of Law & Order with two little Hispanic boys. I know that the smallest one owned a teddy bear and they were found at like an airport or train station trying to run away. The older little boy stays at the precinct to help out Elliot and Olivia. I really want to find out which episode it is.
